Jimmy holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
He currently supports early-stage companies and venture firms as a fractional CFO, helping build scalable financial infrastructure and drive strategic decision-making.
Jimmy is the Co-Founder and CFO & COO of Driver, an AI-powered platform that automatically generates accurate, up-to-date technical documentation across complex systems. Previously, Jimmy served as CFO & COO of Denim Social, a SaaS platform acquired in 2023 by Capacity, an AI-powered support automation company. Prior to that, he was CFO of Catch Co, and earlier led finance for Jump Trading’s U.S. market-making arm as well as its European and Asian subsidiaries. He began his career in public accounting at PwC.
